I'm Monica Agustí, partner at e-Stratego and humanist. I've developed my career in marketing and have thoroughly enjoyed growing brands, but what I'm most proud of is the opportunity I've had to accompany people and teams in their development. For the past few years, I've dedicated myself exclusively to this, as a coach and facilitator.

I love people, and I enjoy accompanying them in their individual and team professional challenges, through my knowledge and experience in Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Facilitation and Leadership.

My value is to help teams become aware of the changes they need, and to accompany them in building the roadmap to make them a reality. Understanding that differences are their wealth and problems are a source of information that, if well managed, will make them grow and move forward. Helping them to see and believe in their potential and to connect with their purpose.

I love listening and understanding without judging, learning and connecting people and ideas.
I believe that win-win relationships, whenever possible, are the best option.

I am Dany Bertolin, co-founder and Believer at e-Stratego. I am very fortunate to have been a pioneer in the Mobile Industry and a very active player in the digital arena. If I'm known for anything in my sector, it's for 20 years leading sales, marketing and business teams.

I enjoy accompanying professionals and teams, through my knowledge and experience in Coaching, Enneagram, NLP, Communication and Systemic Facilitation. My value is helping organisations undertake productive cultural changes and embrace the Infinite Game as a mental model that combines empowerment and responsibility.

I love having fun, listening to problems, seeing opportunities, winning at mus and eureka moments. Lately I have discovered my connection to stoicism which has given me great meaning in my life.

We are People dealing with People and I believe that developing good communication tools makes a difference in professional and personal relationships.

I bring value by fusing techniques based on the study of human behaviour and neuroscience, such as: Neuroleadership, NLP, Coaching, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Public Speaking and Non-Conscious Body Communication. I put people and the communication that unites them at the centre.

I'm a firm defender of smiling for everything and contagious positive attitude.

In the programmes I deliver, I seek participation and enrichment from everyone, creating a fun environment, because through emotion, adults also learn more and better.
